The Modules we Use

 Are high performance through the use of mono or poly-crystalline high performance solar cells

 Include a 25 years power warranty

 Are easily installed by the use of conventional standard cables

 Are manufactured to a superior quality and are thoroughly tested at the final inspection with iron
levels, the safety glass and transmission rate efficiency tested

The Inverters we Use

In order to supply the local mains provider the direct current (DC) that is produced by the modules must be converted into alternating current (AC) this is achieved through the use of an inverter. The choice of inverter for such a large scale plant is crucial to the performance of the plant under various irradiationconditions.

In the larger plants we construct we use an advanced system for central PV inverter. For example we use “Aurora Inverters” which are developed by the component manufacturer “Power-One”. These inverters deliver superior energy yields as well as been economically efficient. Our innovative concept of flexible system architecture and ease of maintenance guarantees high efficiency and minimal downtime. Power One are an international company who are extremely innovative and one of the world’s largest providers of transformers. Their products are used worldwide in all types of applications. The inverter we normally use is the “Aurora PVI-Central-300TL-DE” which has an efficiency rate of approximately 97%.

The Racks/Frames we Use

The rack systems available today are made of sturdy aluminium and are corrosion-proof; theirperformance has been proven in existing plants already. In addition the aluminium frames and maintain their material value and could, at the end of the life-time of the solar plant, be sold on or used again. In addition we can provide frames with specially designed integrated lightning protection.

The Foundations

The long-life racks are manufactured and constructed to be durable and robust. Through numerous ground tests the load capacity of the site is accessed. The specially designed trapezoidal shape ensures optimal integration in the ground with will also provide inherent maximum flexibility strength. The use of these trapezoidal profiles allows for simple dismantling of the plant. The mounting systems include ground anchors which are thoroughly tested. The lightning protection systems are also considered during the construction of the foundations.
